Wellness Exams

Wellness exams are important parts of your pet's care from puppy or kittenhood, into adulthood and senior years.  After all, prevention is the best medicine! While your pet's annual vaccinations are a very important part of this yearly visit, don't forget how valuable the exam itself is too!  Is there a lump you noticed on your dog that wasn't there before?  Has your cat not been jumping as high as she used to? Maybe your pet has been acting just fine but the vet hears a heart murmur during the exam.  The sooner we can identify possible problems, the sooner we can do something about them prior to them affecting your pet's quality of life!  Don't be shy, ask questions!
